Clinical Educator

UI Medical LLC is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our Clinical Education team. Clinical Educators are responsible for training and educating medical staff at partnered facilities on appropriate application and usage of the QuickChange Wrap. Educators are to ensure that all relevant leadership of the facilities visiting (e.g. Facility/Unit Managers, on-site Education staff, Directors of Nursing, etc.) are trained and educated with the most recent QuickChange Wrap information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel to assigned facilities and conduct training in a professional and thorough manner.
  • Prepare, execute, and conclude all aspects and reports of trial or implementation in-servicing.
  • Monitor and follow credentialing status for all vendor platforms.
  • Coordinate and obtain all educational & marketing support materials needed for in-services.
  • Confirm facilities have stock on hand and ready for in-services.
  • Daily monitoring of one’s own posted calendar events and all details.

Experience:

  • Planning and executing travel arrangements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and some Hubspot functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Some experience in the medical field is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Up-to-date documentation on all immunizations.
  • Ability to travel in short notice.
  • Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time (approximately 3-5 hours, twice daily).

Marketing Technology Specialist

Seeking an experienced full-time marketing technology specialist to directly assist our Vice President of Marketing. UI Medical LLC (www.quickchange.com) is a California based manufacturer of adult male incontinence devices for less ambulatory individuals. We are a rapidly growing, mid-sized company looking to add a dynamic team member to work closely with our executive decision makers in bringing us to the next level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the implementation of marketing technology solutions
  • Managing and mitigating technology-related issues
  • Create SOPs and train nontechnical employees from different departments on new and existing platforms
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other marketing technology tools
  • Managing relationships with third-party technology vendors, including contract negotiations and renewals
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for digital marketing campaigns both domestically and internationally.
  • Work closely with various departments, including sales, customer service and IT.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as needed.

Experience:

  • IT knowledge and technical skills
  • Well-versed with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, CVS, Shopify, and Walmart Seller Center
  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience with various types of personalities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Well organized and able to multi-task
  • Superior attention to detail

Packer

UI Medical is looking for an entry level, full-time packer position at our manufacturing plant in Redlands, CA. UI Medical LLC (www.quickchange.com) is a California based manufacturer of adult male incontinence devices for less ambulatory individuals. We are a rapidly growing, mid- sized company looking to add motivated individuals looking to grow with our company. Packers must be exceptionally detail-oriented and able to track and successfully complete all tasks associated with packaging.

Objectives of this role:

  • Follow company packing standards and procedures.
  • Handle product with care and attention to detail.
  • Follow UI Medical safety policies and procedures while encouraging others to do the same.
  • Ensure packages match the product we are running and sealed correctly.

Responsibilities:

  • Work at different stations, as production requires.
  • Inspect and package the product.
  • Monitor the line flow and help the palletizer if necessary.
  • Verify compliance with quality, safety, and production standards.
  • Ability to operate packing machine and lot coder.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift 5 pounds or more.
  • Ability to stand for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Detail oriented mindset.
  • Experience in manufacturing preferred.
