Refund policy

In the United States, we do not accept returns nor provide refunds for opened cases and open packaging purchased from QuickChange.com. Partially used cases whose individual packaging is still intact will be reviewed on a case by case basis for all SKU sizes. If you are not sure if QuickChange is suitable for you, please order a sample pack first! 

If you wish to return your item(s), we must receive your return request within 14 days of the date you receive your item(s). We evaluate all return/refund requests on a case-by-case basis.  

How to Start The Process

To start a return request, please send an email to customerservice@quickchange.com stating the reason for your return. 

Return Shipping 

Please allow up to 72 hours for UI Medical to review and respond to your request. If the request fits within our guidelines, UI Medical will send you a FedEx return shipping label in PDF format. Please print the label, affix the shipping label to your package, and drop the package off at your local FedEx office or drop-off location. As is a standard practice among online retailers, UI Medical will deduct the return shipping cost from any approved refund.

Refunds & Product Returns

Our Quality Assurance Team inspects your returned item(s) once received and issues approval based on the reason for your return and/or the product’s condition. Once approved, UI Medical will issue a refund to the credit/debit card used to pay for the order. The refund amount will be the total price paid for the order minus the shipping cost—a detailed breakdown of the dollar amount that you will be refunded will be sent to you via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for the funds to reach your account.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to exchange the item for a new one at no cost to you. Please email customerservice@quickchange.com within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
