Required Documentation & Setup
To set up your wholesale account, submit the following three documents. They ensure compliance with tax laws and help us process your account quickly.

Resale/Tax ID Documentation
To purchase tax-free (no sales tax), you must provide a Resale Certificate or Sales Tax Permit/Resale Number from your state. This shows purchases are for resale, not personal use (resale and wholesale permits are commonly required for tax exemption).

IRS Form W-9
We require a completed W-9 form from all wholesale buyers. This provides us your business name, taxpayer identification number (EIN), and certification — which helps us maintain accurate tax and vendor records.

DUN & Bradstreet Number (DUNS)
If you have a DUNS number please supply it. This gives us a credit reference for your business and helps us maintain industry-standard vendor verification.
