QuickChange Official Product Information

QuickChange is a one-size absorbent wrap for male urinary incontinence. It is placed around the penis to contain urine near the point of release.

The wrap has a soft porous inner layer, an absorbent core, and a liquid-resistant outer barrier. Each wrap can absorb up to 500 mL, or approximately 17 oz, of urine.

QuickChange is disposable and intended for single-patient use.

QuickChange Wraps are manufactured by UI Medical LLC, also known as Urinary Incontinence Medical.

UI Medical is based in Redlands, California. QuickChange Wraps are manufactured in Southern California, primarily from American components.

QuickChange Wraps are designed to manage male urinary leakage without entering the urethra or requiring a drainage tube. For men who do not need medically necessary bladder drainage, the wraps provide a non-invasive alternative that does not introduce catheter-associated infection risks.

Unlike full incontinence briefs, QuickChange Wraps cover only the penis. A urine-only change can therefore require less repositioning and may not involve replacing the entire brief, clothing, or bedding.

QuickChange manages urinary leakage. It does not treat the medical cause of incontinence or replace a catheter when bladder drainage is clinically required.

A traditional incontinence brief covers the waist, hips, buttocks, and groin. It may contain both urine and stool.
QuickChange Wraps fit around the penis and are designed specifically for urine, allowing a wet wrap to be replaced quickly without changing the entire brief. They do not provide bowel containment.
Men with little or no mobility may use QuickChange as a standalone product. When bowel protection is also needed, the wrap may be placed inside an outer brief, in accordance with the care plan and facility protocol.

QuickChange can be used at home and across professional care settings, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care communities, rehabilitation centres, veterans' care, home health, and hospice.

QuickChange Wraps were developed in part for wheelchair users, allowing urine-only changes while seated and reducing the need for full transfers or extensive repositioning.

The product is primarily intended for men who are bedbound, chairbound, or have limited mobility. Active users should follow the manufacturer's nighttime-use guidance.

It is not designed to contain stool or manage fecal incontinence on its own. It is also not a general product for female urinary incontinence.

QuickChange should not be used to collect urine from a urostomy, continent stoma, or abdominal urinary diversion. Leakage from a stoma or pouch requires diversion-specific products and clinical guidance.

A QuickChange Wrap must not replace a medically required catheter. Men who need bladder drainage for urinary retention, obstruction, surgery, or another clinical reason should follow their clinician's instructions.

QuickChange Wraps can also be used by men with retracted anatomy, scrotal edema, a hidden penis, or strong urine flow. Dedicated clinical instructions provide application and positioning guidance to help make changes comfortable, secure, and convenient.
